Easy scalloped blanket edging - this is my original pattern.

Sorry, no pic yet.

You can use this for afghans, fleece blankets, baby quilt panels, anything that needs an edge to it.  It's quick and easy, but a little "fancier" than just a plain single crochet edge.

Taking whatever you're putting this edge on, single crochet all the way around the outside edge, making 3 single crochets in each corner stitch.  Join with a slip stitch.  Chain 1.  SIngle in first single crochet, skip next single crochet, 5 double crochets in next single crochet, skip next single crochet.  Repeat all the way around piece.  At end, joint with a slip stitch and fasten off.
